There’s always a festive spirit at Arabian Automobiles not least this year as we celebrate our 40th Anniversary, but also because we have some incredible results that our staff have achieved in the 2008 Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) scores.

These are important measures which allow us to gauge the level of service we are delivering to you, our customers. So we are proud to announce that our Aftersales and Fleet sales teams came top of the independent CSI survey and the Retails Sales team maintained their number two position in the 2008 SSI survey.

We are naturally delighted with these results and credit goes to the relentless efforts of the entire Sales and AfterSales teams to delivering these results and achieving such milestones.

Our goal at Arabian Automobiles is to continually find innovative ways to ensure that each of our customers is treated like family and receives the ultimate level of personalized service. Now, 40 years on, that challenge continues, without ever being satisfied ourselves. Customer satisfaction guides our mission statement and our mission is to enrich the lives of our customers through our people, products and services by setting best practices in everything we do.
