We have witnessed this loyalty through the huge response from our customers since February 2010 upon the arrival of the most iconic model in the Nissan range – the Patrol SUV. We began 2010 with the global premiere of the all-new 2010 Patrol which was held in the UAE in February, thus signifying the rich heritage Nissan’s flagship large SUV model enjoyed particularly in the Middle East.

The all-new 2010 Nissan Patrol offers an enhanced world class travel experience but it is equally at home in the desert thanks to a host of advanced, user-friendly technologies.

With the new Patrol, a newly developed 5.6-litre V8 engine with best-in-class power and torque and yet with better fuel economy is under the hood. A new 7-speed automatic transmission with Manual Shift Mode and a wider range of gear ratios gives the off-roader the ability to deliver power faster.

The new design of the seventh generation model are authentic to Patrol heritage, and at the same time beautifully add a sense of modernity to the design equation, while still maintaining a ruggedness and commanding road presence. Featuring generous amounts of leather, polished aluminium and wood grain paneling, the Patrol’s interior too has been significantly upgraded.

The new Patrol also possesses several world-first technologies, including a Hydraulic Body Motion Control (HBMC) suspension system for ultimate roll control and stability off-road and on-road. A new All Mode 4x4 system also allows traction to be optimised for sand, on-road, snow and rock conditions. Other features include the curtain vent, an advanced individual DVD entertainment system and the Tyre Pressure Monitor System with Tyre Inflation Indicator.

We are very confident the new seventh generation Patrol will exceed customer expectations on quality, durability and reliability thanks to over 13,000 hours of testing in our local deserts.
