Seven Easy Steps For Mulkiya Renewal:

All vehicles in Dubai needs to undertake the annual vehicle safety inspection before the registration can be renewed. We assist you in the annual police passing and for the renewal – just bring your vehicle to our Vehicle Testing Centre. Below are the 7 easy steps for your mulkiya renewal:-

Step 1:
Please bring your vehicle to AAC Workshop at Deira, Dubai when your vehicle is due for the Annual Registration (Mulkiya) Renewal.

Step 2:
Please handover the Registration card (Mulkiya) to our Tester stationed at the vehicle testing centre.

Step 3:
The Tester will check the vehicle details from the Police Computer System Terminal at our workshop and retrieves the vehicle data from The Police Dept.

Step 4:
Tester takes the vehicle to workshop to check the vehicle in all aspects in a detailed manner. ( A detailed check of the vehicle on 69 items including emission level, wheel alignment, brakes, chassis, Engine, Electricals etc.)

Step 5:
After checking the vehicle, the Tester gives the Certificate of Fitness to the customer (if vehicle passes test). This certificate costs Dhs. 50/-. This certificate is valid in all Dubai police departments including Tasjeel.

Step 6:
The customer takes the certificate along with the old Registration card, Insurance Policy (New) and passport copy and proceeds to the Police Dept. stationed at our Showroom for the rest of the process.

Step 7:
The Police personnel stationed at the Showroom will issue the necessary Registration renewal.
